Study Techniques

Before studying one must eat , organize oneself , become relaxed and look for a quiet environment. However, some persons prefer to study with some noises eg. television or radio playing. This can be acceptable once you know at the end of the session you are gaining knowledge.

Formulate a time table, as to what subjects you will study on what day and how much time you will be allotting to each subject.

Find techniques which will help you easily remember what you have learnt. For example acronyms, q- cards, the use of examples, loud repetition of the topic, singing the work or even telling it to yourself as a story where you will remember the topics.
